Do I Need to Set Up an Account to Place Orders?

To shop online at Rexer, you do not need to create an account. You can use the guest checkout option and place your order without registering.
However, creating an account gives you several benefits:

  • Track your order status and history
  • Save shipping details for faster checkout in the future
  • Receive updates about new arrivals, promotions, and discounts

What if I don’t receive an Order Confirmation Email?

Your order confirmation (soft receipt) is emailed shortly after the order is placed.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, you may contact our support team for confirmation.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?

No. Items are only reserved once the order is placed and confirmed at checkout.

How will I know that my order has been received?

Your order confirmation email will serve as proof that your order has been recorded in our system.
If you do not receive the email, please reach out to customer support for assistance.

Can I edit or change an existing order?

Yes. Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once the order moves into processing or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.
Rexer also reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch based on stock availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may request cancellation as long as the order has not been dispatched.

What is the delivery time?

Local deliveries typically take 3–4 working days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and scheduled for dispatch the next working day.
Delivery timelines are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Flat shipping rate: Rs. 150 within Pakistan

How do I check my delivery status?

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You may use this number on the courier company’s website to track your shipment in real time.


EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Popular items can sell out quickly, but we restock regularly.
If you want an item that is out of stock, feel free to contact customer support and we will try to arrange it through our network.
